Ola John Oluremi is the Head, Human Capital Development of Chams PLC. A consummate Human Resource generalist, Learning and Development expert and educational administrator. He operates at both practice and regulatory levels.
As a versatile professional, he has worked as Sales Personnel, Programme/Training Executive, as well as Human Resources/Admin Manager, and has been in general management for over 11 years and has vast Knowledge of working operations of various economic sectors.
His working career started with Quick Service Communication Ltd Ibadan as a Sales Personnel & Procurement/Sourcing Administrator. He was later appointed as Programme/Training Executive. He joined Chellarams Plc where he functioned as a Senior HR Officer. He also worked at Dizengoff W.A (Nigeria) Ltd as the Human Resources & Admin Manager, a senior management position that gave him the opportunity to drive HRD and organisational capability roles for the company.
Ola’s primary focus now covers Strategy, Leadership, Structure, Business Process Reengineering, Entrepreneurship and Education.
Ola is a great motivator, an extrovert, an amiable team player, trainer and effective communicator. He has participated in the running of various Annual Seminars and Conferences for various organisations and handled papers on Leadership, Team-working, attitudes and other inspirational topics.
He is a certified Trainer in HR, Talent Management, Coaching, Mentoring, Performance Management Systems, Negotiation, and Leadership among others. He has attended various high impact training courses.
He is a member of the following professional bodies in Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management–Chartered (NIM), Chartered Institute of Administration of Nigeria (CIA), Nigeria Institute of Training & Development (NITAD), Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria (CPM), Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON).
Ola is a graduate of Guidance & Counselling and holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
