Mayowa Olaniyan

Mrs. Mayowa Olaniyan is an insightful Business Executive with sturdy managerial expertise. Until her recent appointment as the Group Managing Director/CEO of Chams Holding Company PLC, she was the MD/CEO of Chamsmobile Limited, a fast-growing FinTech company, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to provide Mobile Money Operations and Agency services. Prior to that role, she served as the Executive Director overseeing finance, strategy and corporate services for Chams Group.

Mayowa has built an accomplished and well-recognized career of over 28 years that spans across Technology, Strategy, Finance, Audit, and Automobile. Over the years, she has established a record of success by significantly growing business value and maximizing profits through internal control and efficiency. It is noteworthy that Mayowa led the implementation of one of Chams PLC’s most successful public-private partnership projects, deriving cost optimization for the partnering state government and achieving increased earnings for the company.

Under her leadership, the robust tech products of Chamsmobile Limited (FinTech, Identity Tech, Voting Tech and HR Tech) have evolved strategically, scaled and enjoyed impressive patronage.

In the past years, Mayowa has served in various managerial capacities in renowned organizations such as SCOA Nigeria PLC and Tranter International Ltd. She later joined Supercard Limited (a then subsidiary of Chams PLC) as the AGM Corporate Services, where she oversaw the company’s corporate activities.

At various points, Mayowa moved on to occupy strategic positions such as Group Head, Internal Audit and Risk Management, and GM Finance and Accounts within the Chams Group. Her excellent performance earned her the appointment as Chief Financial Officer in 2015, a position she held until her appointment as an Executive Director, Chams PLC.

A chartered accountant of repute, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Associate Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), global body for professional Accountants. Mayowa holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK. She has a degree in Applied Accounting and post graduate diploma from Oxford Brooks University, UK.  She is an alumna of the prestigious Pan Atlantic University (Lagos Business School), Nigeria, the University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa and NANYANG Technology University, Singapore.

Mayowa Olaniyan, Chams’ Amazon serves on the board of several organizations within the Chams group and other organizations.

Stanley Arodiwe

Stanley Arodiwe is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 15 years cognate experience in Accounting and Auditing. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State University Ojo.

He joined Chams in 2008 after stints with Olusola Adekanola & Co. Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners where he trained as Auditor and in Intercellular Nigeria Plc where he also worked as the Lagos District Accountant. Presently, he is the Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management of Chams Plc.

He successfully reconciled Receivable Ledger and recovered over N50 million of outstanding debts for Chams Plc and currently reconciling for the subsidiary companies, he championed the certification process for Chams Plc and the subsidiary companies compliance to:

• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Data Privacy and Protection Certification

Yetunde Emmanuel

Yetunde Oluwabusola Emmanuel, the Group Company Secretary/Head Legal Services of Chams Holding Company Plc and its subsidiaries, has a wealth of experience garnered over 14 years spanning in Corporate & Commercial law, Intellectual Property Law, Litigation & Advocacy and Company Secretarial Practice.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Olabisi Onabanjo University, AgoIwoye, Ogun State and LL.M from the University of Lagos. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Trademarks Association (INTA), Women in Successful Career (WISCAR) as well as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

Over the years, she has worked with Udochi Iheanacho Partnership, Mathmer & Associates, The Venerable Practice and Vericore Technologies Limited among others

Ifeoma Obasanya

Ifeoma Obasanya has corporate experiences spanning across Finance and Human Resources Management, she joined CHAMS Plc in year 2007 as an account executive and has risen across the ranks. Prior to joining CHAMS Plc, she worked with SCOA Plc as Treasury Manager in the Treasury & Forex Department, as Branch Accountant in Diya, Fatimilehin & Co (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) among others.

Over the last 14 years, she has made immense contributions to Chams PLC as Head, Human Capital Development and as Finance Manager. She participated greatly in achieving Balance Sheet Restructuring for the company, fund raising initiative with Bank of Industry (BOI) and other banks, AGMs, Finance & Audit Committee Meetings, budgeting, financial modelling, Receivables management, investor relations, performance management, talent hunt, succession planning and other strategic roles.

She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Education/Accountancy from the University of Nigeria with a second-class upper degree, Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration (CEMBA). She is a member of Association of Corporate Treasurers of Nigeria (ACTN) and The Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and currently pursuing further certifications.

Opeyemi Eboka

Opeyemi Eboka is the Head, Product Management Department, Chams HoldCo and MD, FinStudiez Limited. A seasoned professional with over 12 years’ experience in managing products and optimizing product features to satisfy customers changing needs, developing financial plans and policies, improving clientele experience, implementing business strategies and driving sales. Ensures operational effectiveness and improves team members’ performance through training, coaching, and mentoring.

An articulate and highly motivated individual with a track record of achieving results within varied and responsible roles in Business and financial Analysis, Product and Portfolio Management, Customer Engagement, Risk Management, Product development, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships.

Holds an MBA from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, a Scrum Master and Product Owner Certified, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst of Nigeria and a B.sc in Accounting from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.

Opeyemi’s skills and experience span across; Digital Banking ,Product Management, Business Technology Leadership, Strategic Planning and Implementation, Market Research and Development, Structured Query Language (SQL),Financial Analysis and Planning, Investment Analysis, Management Accounting, Data Management and Analysis, Driving Operational Effectiveness among others.

Dumebi Obodo

Managing Director/CEO, ChamsSwitch

Prior to his current position as the Managing Director, he was the Chief Operating Officer for over two years.He was Head of Sales and Marketing for ChamsAccess for over 4 years and Head of Sales and Marketing of the Terminals and Printers division, a strategic business unit of Chams Plc. Boisterous and entrepreneurial, he had a brief stint running a management Consulting Company and setting up a trade partnership business in the FMCG space. Dumebi gained his BSc from Imo State University, Owerri, where he studied Microbiology graduating with Second Class honors in Upper-division. He gained his MBA from Lagos Business School (Pan African University). He has participated in several strategy sessions and conferences locally and internationally and is a certified TIL Practitioner.

Lekan Latona

Managing Director/ CEO, CCNL

Olalekan Latona is an Alumni of Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) and Business School Netherlands where he obtained Bachelors’ degree in Industrial Chemistry and Master of Business Administration (MBA Strategy), respectively. He joined Card Centre Nigeria Limited in 2014 as Chief Marketing Officer with responsibilities for coordinating sales and marketing activities of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, he had over ten years marketing experience in Banking, Telecommunication and Finance Industries. He possesses exceptional marketing and interpersonal skills and has undergone several courses locally and abroad. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2021 and Managing Director/ CEO in 2021 and has overall responsibilities for the day-to-day activities of the Company. He is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK.

Kayode Akomolafe

Managing Director/ CEO, ChamsMobile

Kayode Akomolafe has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Identity Management, Solution Design, System Architecture, Customer Service, IT Operations and infrastructure. Before joining Chams Group in 2008, Kayode worked with Aeriel Link Communications, a Public Relations outfit. Kayode holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Federal University of Technology Akure, a Master’s Degree in Information System Technology from the University of Liverpool, and an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School. He is also an alumnus of Nanyang Business School, Singapore. Kayode is a certified Scrum Master and a Professional Member of the British Project Professional Society, Scrum Alliance USA and Agile Practitioners Association of Nigeria. He is a force to be reckoned with in the business of innovation and development of new technologies.

Olayemi Odufeso

Olayemi Odufeso is the Chief Operating Officer for ChamsAccess Limited. She has over 18 years’ experience in Transaction Management, Leadership, People Management, Strategy, Finance Management, Performance Management, Administration & Corporate Planning.A Fellow Member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC Nigeria), Certified Professional in Enterprise Management, Associate Member in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Emotional Intelligence Certified Performer (EICP) & Member Global Corporate Finance Society.She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics from University of Ilorin.
