The 39th Annual General Meeting of Chams Holdco will hold on Wednesday June 21 2023.
The meeting will be a virtual event where directors and shareholders will review financial reports over the year and vote on key matters.
The company secretary, Yewande Emmanuel, advises that executed proxy forms be emailed to First Registrars, not later than 48 hours before the meeting commences.
The names and profiles of the board of directors are available on the company website.
A list of unclaimed dividends will be circulated along with the annual report; shareholders are encouraged to ask questions during the meeting.
